OSCTA Secretary/Treasurer Article:
As we begin a new year of OSCTA activities we would like to start by thanking Steve
and Glenna Estep for all their efforts as President last year. We know that job
entails lots of activities of which most of us are unaware including lots of travel.
It was definitely our pleasure to have been able to work with them.
Certainly we wish Bobby the best as he begins another year as President. We’ve had
the pleasure of working with Bobby Willis as President of OSCTA a couple of times
in the past. This year is sure to bring on some new challenges. To name a few, the
sudden demise of the TACT organization will necessitate us finding a different approach
for our annual training seminar and preparation for the upcoming Nationals will
probably present some new goals for our organization to achieve.
By now all members should have received notification either by e-mail or USPS of
the new requirement of each member having a caller/cuer membership card on file
with the Secretary. Please as soon as you renew your membership in ACA, Callerlab,
or Roundalab for 2012 mail or scan us a copy so we can get your license on file.

address is listed below. We personally feel that this move has been needed for many
years because it was just too much for one person to be able to accomplish checking
everyone’s membership cards, take payment for dues, make change, answer questions,
and sometimes even help with taking notes on the meeting in progress all at one
time.
Again this year please check the roster in the membership section to insure that
all your information is correct and that you have paid your dues for 2012. As a
reminder, all dues must be paid by the last of March. If you find
you haven’t paid please send your check for $15.00 payable to OSCTA to Rod & Lois
Ford, Sec/Treas. O.S.C.T.A., P.O. Box 253, Gage, OK. 73843.
Again this year we personally want to thank Scott and Laura Bennett for all their
efforts in maintaining the O.S.C.T.A. website. The site has certainly proved to
be a great asset for our organization.
We’re looking forward to seeing everyone in the upcoming year.
